Self-Management Capacity Building
We assist participants in developing the skills needed to manage their own NDIS plans and supports, promoting independence and confidence.
This service includes support for developing skills such as budgeting, scheduling, and decision-making, enabling individuals to take control of their own NDIS plans. For example, this could include training in how to use the NDIS participant portal.
This support is essential for promoting independence and ensuring that individuals can make informed decisions about their own care and support needs. We can help individuals advocate for their own needs and preferences.
To access this service, individuals need to have self-management capacity building included in their NDIS plan. They can then work with Aus Able Disability Services to develop a plan that meets their needs.
